JN MEAT INTERNATIONAL was founded by John Nielsen in 1980 in Slagelse Denmark.
We are a modern meat manufacturing company including our own deboning and maturing of BEEF and VEAL as well as a production of charcutery products.
Our company produces a great deal of our own charcutery products e.g. all ham products, pork loins, salami sausages, all kinds of smoked, marinated specialities of pork, beef, veal, lamb, poultry.
We deliver directly, primarily in our own servicecars to the danish Horeca section, supermarkets and butchers.
Our export sales however consist only of BEEF-and VEAL, and are exclusively to wholesalers for the Horeca section and directly to the retail.
In Beef we specialize in cuts from the hindquarters and the loins, and we are only working and producing beef with a high-and uniform eatingquality.
In order to ensure this high quality in our own deboninghall, we select ourselves the beef on the bone in specific EU countries before it comes to our productionplant.
In general the word selection is a keyword for us.
Our methods, our passion and our selection of beef brought us in 2016 a bronzemedal at the World Steak Challenge held in London-UK.
