JN MEAT INTERNATIONAL was founded by John Nielsen in 1980 in Slagelse, Denmark.
We are a modern meat manufacturing company including our own deboning and maturing of BEEF and VEAL as well as production of charcutery products.
Our company produces a great deal of our own charcutery products e.g. all ham products, pork loins, salami sausages, all kinds of smoked, marinated specialities of pork, beef, veal, lamb, poultry.
We deliver directly, primarily in our own service cars, to the danish Horeca section, supermarkets and butchers.
Our export sales, however, consist only of BEEF and VEAL - exclusively to wholesalers for the Horeca section and directly to the retail.
In BEEF we specialize in cuts from the hindquarters and the loins, and we are only working and beef producing with a high-end uniform eating quality.
In order to ensure this high-end quality in our own deboning hall, we ourselves select the beef on the bone in specific EU countries before it arrives at our production plant.
In general we are focused on selection.
Our methods, our passion and our selection of beef have resulted in being hailed as the best producer of steak in the world at the annual World Steak Challenge competition in London, UK.
